Unum's group LTC coverage provides UTCA members with a 6-year benefit plan, with up to $6,000 in monthly benefits at a fraction of the cost of an individual policy for groups of 10 plus - and all this with NO MEDICAL QUESTIONS OR MEDICAL EXAM required.
This LTC coverage is provided through an INDEMNITY contract that guarantees the full payment of the daily benefits selected-even if actual daily expenses are less.
Also, this offer guarantees participants complete portability. If an employee leaves their present employer, they can take their UNUM LTC policy with them with no changes in coverage, no rate increases and no medical questions or exams.
In addition, this Employer-sponsored plan can be set up as a voluntary plan (employer pays nothing), a group-paid plan or a combination of both.
Finally, an employer can also elect to pay just $1,000/month in benefits and allow each employee to "buy-up" to higher limits that meet personal requirements.
