Disability Income Protection
This coverage provides for an executive's paycheck to be guaranteed and provided on a tax-free basis if he/she becomes sick or hurt and unable to work in their "Own Occupation".
Further, this coverage allows UTCA owners the ability to select which executives can participate.
Such monthly, tax-free benefits are paid up to age 67. The monthly benefits can increase each year to keep up with inflation. And when the benefits are paid out, the premiums are terminated until the executive returns to work. Base premiums are contractually guaranteed to remain level.
This coverage provides for both total and partial disability benefits. The rates are discounted by 10% from the registered rates for UTCA members.
