No office copays.
$1,500 maximum annual benefits per family member.
$1,000 in lifetime Orthodontic Coverage (conditions apply).
Dependent care coverage to age 20, if not enrolled in post high school and up to age 26, if enrolled in a post graduate school.
MAXIMUM ROLLOVER FEATURE on unused benefits! Unlike other major dental plans, Guardian Life Insurance Company now allows participants to save (rollover) a portion of unused benefits each year for those times in the future when dental bills can exceed the annual plan limits.
