We now offer three of the most competitive dental plans for groups as small as two employees all the way up to 200 employees.
Guardian Life Insurance Company is providing UTCA member firms with an opportunity to choose from two specially priced PPO plans and one specially priced DMO dental plan that offer these extremely rich benefits:
- No office co-pays.
- $1,500 maximum annual benefits per family member.
- $1,000 in lifetime Orthodontic Coverage (conditions apply).
- Dependent care coverage up to age 20 if not enrolled in post high school and up to age 26 if enrolled in a post graduate school.
- A MAXIMUM ROLLOVER FEATURE on unused benefits! Unlike other major dental plans, Guardian Life Insurance Company now allows participants to save (rollover) a portion of unused benefits each year for those times in the future when dental bills can exceed the annual plan limits.
This is different from other dental plans that require you to use the benefits each year or lose the benefits! (Call for specific plan features and conditions).
